“The computer showed that this place was close to Union Station, about 0.44 mi. This is not close from Union Station. I would say is a good 15- 16 minute walk or 0.7 mi and maybe longer if you get lost. We decided to take a Lyft ride to get there which is about 5 minute drive. Once you get there we left our bags and had no problems at all. The lady was very friendly and she gave us a personal tag for our bags so we could retrieve them later. No problems entering or leaving this place.”

“Super easy! I was very nervous but the staff was great, it was super simple to just drop my bag. The location felt secure and I was able to pick it up even at 10PM after spending the whole day in manhattan luggage free!”

“I was very happy to have had an option to roam around the city without luggage’s for a few hours I think it’s funny how NY functions I left the bag in a souvenir store wandering if I would find it again and of course I did The people were very nice ! And it all worked out 😊 Thank you”

“I had a great experience. I was doubtful at first that this was a legitimate operation. I am thankful the location I used was open 24/7. They tagged my bags and when I picked them up they were thorough checking that the bags they were handing over were definitely mine. Will definitely use this service again.”

“Finding the correct address was a a little hard because they gave us the wrong number. After we found the place and went inside the lady asked for my booking information looked at it and then put the tag on my bag. Didn’t ask for ID or anything like that. When I came back they still didn’t ask for ID or booking information they looked at the tag and that was it. Also the tag wasn’t put on correctly so I was able to pull it off easily. The bag was put in the back of the store no lockers but when I arrived there was a bunch of luggage in the back part of the store where anyone could go. Overall it was a weird experience nice people and everything was still in my bag just a little sketchy.”
