“It's a great idea, the Uber of luggage storage. The only issue is security of your luggage so i'd suggest dealing with places that have positive reviews and a track record of honesty. The bags are sealed using a Vertue ziplock, but that can easily be bypassed.”

“I'm very glad to have discovered this service. What a great idea! It worked out very well for me yesterday but I wish that the area for leaving bags was more secure. My bag was basically left in a corner of a semi-public space. I decided (out of desperation) to take a chance but I wish it was a space with lockers or something like that so I could be more sure that my belongings were safe from any tampering.”

“Very fast and convenient service. My only complaint is that when I arrived to drop off my bag, there was nothing indicating where to go. I asked a waitress if I was in the right place and she said yes and walked away so I still didn't know. I had to wait for her to come back to where I was to ask again where I have to go to drop it off. She finally told me that I needed to go to the counter inside. Other than that little issue, I was treated kindly, my bag was properly secured and I had no issues.”

“We do not recommend using this service...rude and unprofessional! We expected to be able to lock our bag up ourselves, not just leave it on the floor of a restaurant. Feeling uncomfortable with that, we decided not to store our item. We did not ask for a refund, but were treated very rudely by the man working at this business. We are visitors excited to be in your town, but our first interaction with a local was absolutely unwelcoming. I suggest you be kinder and more helpful not only to your customers but people in general.”

“The guy who helped me out was rude. He asked for my ID and I didn’t hear him well when he asked for it so I asked, “im sorry what did you say?” And he yelled back at my “YOUR ID!” I will not be choosing to store my luggage at this location again.”

“Store personnel were a little confused with my reservation....acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and had to produce a sheet with the documented reservation number on it and then acted like I was bothering them.”
