“When we got to the location the guy told us we needed to pay more money because of the size of our bags. I had taken picture of bags and given dimensions fo confirm they were acceptable (bikes in bike bag) before booking. Bags were acceptable once more money was paid”

“We had a bad experience at the pick up of our luggage. The man was rude, inpolite and very disrespectful when we came to pick up our bags. We really felt intimidated and bossed. I wrote an e-mail about this at Vertoe. In reply they assured me that they were going to speak about it.”
