“We don't have any problems for leaving the luggages but the place was atypical because it was a chinese shop with a store luggage inside.”

“We had the bad luck to meet a new employee that didn't really know what they offer that service. Also is just a dry cleaners shop with their main business dry cleaning. Just in case you expect lockers or stuff like that. But at the end nice to have a place where you can leave your luggage.”

“Everything went very smoothly. I left my luggage at the shop and got a coupon that confirms that I left my luggage there which I needed to give the store owner back. I will definitely go there again!”

“The only thing lacking was the lock tag that would have given me a better sense of security. I would have put my own zip ties in if I had realized they would not be provided. The gentleman was nice enough and nothing appeared to be gone through.”

“We finally found the dry cleaners not in Waterloo Station but underneath it on the road. The address should have made it clear 'it's not in the station'. We had to ask for a security tag he just took the bag away so we asked for the tag. On our return he just gave us our bag no request for I'd or photo, then we noticed it wasn't even secure. So thanks for the offer of a discount, we wont need it as we will never use this company again.”

“In general it was ok. We left the bags at a location and they were returned safely. However, the lady at 235 30th St Miami Beach, FL location does not know how to treat customers. She looked like I was talking in a squirrel language when I said I was there to drop off the bags through Vertoe. On top of that she said she did not have any Vertoe tags and she did not check my ID. So I was like “how do you know if someone takes my bags...”. Anyways, I wouldn’t recommend using this location specifically. I am trying another location next time. Let’s see what happens.”

“This was a first for my family. Definitely different leaving your bags at a random store. After a long day of sightseeing our bags were just fine. Nice to not have to carry our bags all day.”

“What a great service! There was no place to leave the bags at the airport to go sightseeing for the day, and it made no sense to leave them at the hotel, so I was lucky to find this place near the train station! I hope more businesses will sign up with Vertoe.”

“Great little shop that we dropped our bags at. A friend used the app and said the interface was confusing. I reserved just online. There wasn't a place walkable from our location but we were still fortunate to find a place a short cab ride away to stash our bag for the day of sight-seeing.”
