“I used Vertoe to store my luggage at the location near NY Penn Station ( on 7th between 30 and 29th St). The process was seamless! I booked online. The dropping off and picking up my bag was really quick! This service is great! This service made my trip easier.”

“After staying at an Airbnb in New York City for a couple of days, we weren't sure what to do with our bags from check out time at 11am until leaving the city later in the day. Vertoe was the perfect solution. We checked our bags at a Vertoe location in mid-town and continued exploring until it was time to head for the train and home. We picked up our bags, headed for Grand Central, and headed home.”

“The place near Sydney Town Hall is very hard to find, no sign or anything to direct the customer. There is no dedicated space for storage, I had to just leave my baggage on the floor next to the counter. The staff has a very poor idea of the procedure to follow.”

“Easy peasy online reservations. Used the system twice in Denver (coming and going) and had a lovely day unencumbered of my months worth of luggage. The folks who checked my bags couldnot have been sweeter and more helpful. Would totes use this service again.”
