“Very unhappy. Our location was changed from my selection when I went to purchase. We couldn't find the location, ended up not using what we paid for and when I called the confirm ph #, it was a recording with no furhter information. I feel like i was scammed! I would appreciate a refund.”

“The persons I met at the place is super nice and responsible. I think nice is the thing to make life happier, but responsible is really the key to the safety of my item. That is great! Thank you so much for taking care of it. I was a bit hesitate at the beginning about the security for saving it at a store, but now I am much released. Highly recommend vertoe for luggage saving, at least at this specific place.”

“The service is a great idea and the people in the place where I stored my bag were very nice. However, to say that the location was "near Union Square" (San Francisco) and then send me to the heart of the Tenderloin five blocks away is pure dissembling. I picked up my bag at night and was fearful of the neighborhood. Terrible idea for me.”

“Vertoe's app was easy to use, although I found the map a little annoying because after I tapped to look at the address of one location, I'd have to reload the search in order to see another location--I couldn't just click to see one and then click on another to see where that was. However, I love the service, thought the price was great, and really really appreciated the friendliness of the guys in the shop where I left my bag. Good experience all around.”

“Quick and easy and the perfect solution in my situation. I came to New York by train for a 7:00 PM hockey game at MSG, no bags allowed in the arena and Amtrak’s luggage storage at Penn Station closes at 9:45 PM - too tight of timing to pick up my bag after the game, let alone had it gone to overtime. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick storage solution”
