“We had a great experience using Vertoe in Manhattan. The luggage storage was located in the rear of a souvenir shop on 5th Avenue. Had I not read the reviews, I would have been concerned, but the folks working there were polite and efficient both at drop off and pick up. We were grateful not to have to drag our luggage around while we were seeing the sights and attending a show. Perfect arrangement and reasonable.”

“Easy to use website. Readily found half a dozen convenient places to store my suitcase while going to a Broadway show. Saved me from a lot of back-tracking back to the hotel. Very reasonable cost and staff at storage site was friendly and helpful. I will use them again.”

“We checked out of our Airbnb and had a late flight, so this was amazing to be able to drop our luggage off and walk around the city until we were ready to go to the airport, and we picked our luggage back up! Effortless drop off and pick up. Super nice people. Highly recommend!!”

“Easy and safe way to storage your luggage. After making the reservation you will get a text message with information where is the accurate address. Just drop off your luggage and collect them when time is up. In our case we had a lovely last vacation day without our luggage slowing us down. I do recommend!”

“Jeremiah was extremely hospitable! Clean establishment. He gave us several recommendations on things to do while we waited for our hotel check-in. Phenomenal experience. Definitely my go-to for Philly! By the way...it’s right next to Love Park.”

“Convenient for bag drop off when visiting the Capitol. Friendly and helpful staff. You can even grab some snacks before you head out. Just eat and drink them before getting inside the Capitol. Several cute restaurants close by to Roland’s. Thank you!”

“I had serious problems in getting in contact with the driver, due to my italian mobile phone. He didn't receive any of my messages. Only with the support of a local guy I had the chance to get the contact. Please correct this because it's important and otherwise the service is useless.”
