“Would highly recommend using Vertoe! Myself and my family needed to leave our bags in Brooklyn for the day for last day of sightseeing and we booked online which was extremely easy! We dropped our bags to The Travel Shop on Driggs Avenue and the staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly.”

“So I booked at the highbury and islington drop off. I arrived to find that the pub had no recollection of offering the service. Eventually they took the bag but I spent the entire time that o was away wondering if I would get it back. When I arrived to collect the bag there had been a change of staff and noone knew anything about it. The pub/restaurant was busy and they didn't really have much time to go looking for it. Fortunately I'd insisted that the guy when dropping off had written the order number on a piece of paper and taped it to the bag. The fact that I could give him the 10 digit number finally convinced the bar tender to give me my bag back. I would suggest that better policies and processes are set up around accepting drop off sites if you're bookings are prepaid!”

“Great way to store your luggage. We had a flight at 9pm and had to check out of our air bnb at 11am and this was the perfect solution. Would highly recommend.”
