“This was at the 7th St location in NYC. Our collection was great, and the guy was very friendly. He checked our tag numbers thoroughly and gave great service. Our drop off was poor. The staff member who took our bags was abrasive and unfriendly, greeted us with "yes, what?", didn't give thorough instructions, visibly rolled his eyes at me when I asked how the collection worked, and in response said loudly "what do you MEAN how does the collection work?"; I really had to press him for actual information. All in all, it was a good service in a convenient location, just one unfortunate instance with one staff member.”

“I like the experience and haven't any problem, but I think you need find different way to check-in and check-out. Because I was afraid in this moments, some stores the luggage stay near the door, or near the shelf, and when the owner gO tô serve a customer is easy somebody steal a luggage.”

“I wanted to find a place to leave my carry on suitcase for a few hours while I walked around downtown Austin. This was very easy and well worth the $5.36 so that I wasn't dragging my suitcase all over town! Would definitely use the service again!!”

“Impressed so far on first 2 uses. Friendly staff and easy/pick up /drop off. Safety would be my biggest concern, but had no issues this trip in NYC on a busy holiday Saturday!”
