“Was able to make reservation only 12 hours before needing to store bags. Everything worked as described by website. People at storage location were prepared, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely use again.”

“Excellent service. My flight arrived at 4am and I couldn't check into my Airbnb until 2pm. I was able to drop off my bag at one of the many locations and explore NYC without hauling my luggage around. 6 hrs later I was able to get my bag and go. It's also very cheap. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.”

“So I dropped my bags at the hostel around 10.30 in the morning and w as s supposed to pick them up by 8. But I came in by 6.30 and picked my bags and asked the receptionist if i could hang around there since my bus was in an hour. She said it wasn't allowed which is understandable. I was packing my bags to leave and was trying to arrange stuff, she kept looking at me the whole time and started asking me if i was ready to leave and opened the door. I was treated like a random homeless person who has entered the place and denied to leave.”

“The location on Damen is actually the cafe. Very friendly, quick and so easy. Yes, the bag just goes downstairs but is only accessible by employees. This is a great service & I highly recommend it!”

“I was very happy with the service provided by the racket store that housed my bags. It was just several blocks from Penn Station, and a great alternative to Amtrak’s baggage service, which raised their daily rate to $20 per bag.”
