“We had a little confusion about the site at 799 8th Ave in Manhattan because while we had information that the storage was in a luggage and gift store there were two of them side by side. But we got the correct one sorted quickly enough, and otherwise the process was quick and easy It worked very well for us, and we would use it again.”

“1 star for the set up. Needs to be more transparent and less mysterious. 1 stars for actual storage... not secure... be prepared to lock bags if you are carrying anything semi valuable. If you do not care about your stuff being gone through, then fine. 3 stars over all. The concept is great and useful, but really needs to be actually secure and transparent on the front end instead of having to secure purchase to see is happening with the bags.”

“Simple, fast, convienant luggage storage close to the train station so we could spend a few more hours exploring downtown rather than babysitting our bags (or dragging them around with us). I will use this service again.”

“It was convenient to have a place to drop our luggage off when we were traveling on our last day in DC. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to select the closest location using the App because the location is hidden until a selection is made. Once we arrived, the individual at the cleaners was not polite and we felt that we were more an imposition than being invited customers. On the good side, our bags were delivered back as promised.”

“A bit apprehensive as I'd not used Vertoe before and wasn't expecting a restaurant as the drop off point... but so great being able to unload them and run free for the day! Next time I imagine it'll be 5 stars as I'll not have the unknown aspect to overcome.”

“This is my first time using Vertoe; when the plane arrived well before check-in time I thought I'd take a chance to sight see without dragging around my luggage. Boy was this experiment worth it! The site was easy to navigate and the chat function allowed me to quickly refine my searching and confirm my preferences. Thank you Vertoe for a wonderful day about town!”
