“Unsure about the location, but a man took my luggage,tagged it and I was on my way. Pick up was just as easy and everything was the same way Ieft it! I had a long layover and wanted to explore the city. Would use again!”

“Overall, a great service. I was able to drop off my luggage and enjoy the city prior to my train’s departure. A little skeptical about the safety of my luggage since the location did not do any of the steps I was expecting - did not ask for my identification, did not receive one of the secure tags.”

“Only 2 1/2 blocks from the Federal Center metro stop (turn right at top of escalator). Person who helped me (probably the owner) was very polite and placed the bags in a room behind the counter. Fast and easy. Would use this location again in a heartbeat and will next time I'm in DC.”

“After a bit of a ropey start (we got there but shutters still down despite saying open from 10am) it went smoothly. Exactly as explained in booking and host was very apologetic about being late. Had this slight false start not happened I would have given 5 stars.”
