“This was my first time using Vertoe, I was a little concerned about dropping my bag of at a random shop in the middle of the city, but I had no issues & the store clerk was professional. I would definitely use them again!”

“The booking process was very smooth, but we did not feel secure leaving our bags in the particular location we had booked. The guy behind the counter dd not give us a receipt; our only proof was a photograph of the tags he put on our cases (which did not make them remotely tamper proof). He then left them at the back of the shop, scarcely out of view. We left the shop but felt so uncertain about the set-up we ended up going back to collect them within an hour which rendered the whole booking pointless. The fact that we chose to haul two big suitcases around NYC rather than leave them at the location says it all.”

“After arriving in LA from Australia we couldn’t check into accommodation until 1pm and didn’t want to cart our luggage around with us as place we were staying at didn’t offer any baggage storage. After some google searching we came across Vertoe and thought we would try it and I can highly recommend was easy to book, we left our luggage at a barbers in downtown LA staff were friendly and welcoming. We will be using this service again.”

“I was skeptical about this service, but it was an amazing service. The building was semi difficult to find because there was a street fair going on, but being able to drop my bag off allowed me to enjoy the time between check out and my flight. The employee at the store was so kind and helpful. I will absolutely use this service in the future.”

“Fast and very easy to set up. Issues were lack of proper visual signage at location and security at location. When I came to pick up my luggage, the restaurant employee invited us behind the counter to visually identify our bags without checking tag numbers herself. Worries me that anyone could have come in and mistakenly taken my bag instead of their own”

“Used Vertoe for the first time this weekend on a short trip into New York City. The location for the bag drop was perfect, across the road from Penn Station. The shop owner was friendly and everything was very straightforward. I would use Vertoe again.”

“Straight forward process, left our bags for the guys to move into storage and picked them up later on. It was very handy/central to Las Vegas and allowed us to enjoy the sights for the day without worrying about our baggage.”
