“Vertoe is quick and easy to use. The business where I left my luggage for the evening was very kind. I recommend this app to anyone who needs somewhere to put there luggage for the day due to early flights, especially before hotel/Airbnb check ins.”

“The store was close to where we were staying so it was easy to find and drop off our bags. The store keeper was very pleasant and tagged our cases and asked us to take a photo if each one. Maybe it was because we were returning in 4 hours to collect but we did not see the cases locked away securely just left within the store although we had no problems”

“Luggage storage was good. I purchased an iphone cord from the merchant, the box for 6 foot cord marked $25 (overpriced) but salesman charged only $10. I got to my hotel, took it out of the box which was marked 6 foot, but the actual cord was only 3 feet.”

“It's a bit unfair to rate a service on One single use that actually worked out, but here's the story: we left one piece of luggage for 10 days at the miami south beach location at the Mercur Grand Cafe. When we brought it, the attendant was not too interested, didn't check our order, didn't know that they did Vertoe and didn't want to give us the blue tag to close the luggage. In the end he did and then put the suitcase in the restroom. When we git back to pick up the suitcase, a different attendand didn't know where it was but found it eventually, but did not bother to check the tag against the picture (didn't even look). Then she asked why we didn't take both suitcases (there was another one, not ours). We left it (of course), but even though we got our suitcase this experience did not feel save - anybody could walk in there and say „I've got a suitcase with you“ and they just show you all luggage they have stored and let you walk out with whatever you like, not checking anything...? - not what we expected. Lucky for us our (not inexpensive) gear was still there. So: love the idea of this very useful service, but am abhored by the incompetence at this specific location.”

“Worked out fine but the staff was a little cagey about their hours of operation. they wanted to store the bag at a different location and return it at a certain time for pick-up. I couldn't commit to a time so they kept my bag there in store. Not sure if I would do that location again, which is closest to Penn station.”

“The location was super convenient and the booking process & drop off was great. I can't give it 4 or 5 stars however because the location I used didn't verify anything when I went to pick up my luggage. My stuff was there and intact, but the tagging system is useless if no one is going to actually check the tags.”

“When I put in my destination it gave me two options. Grand central and Rockefeller. I assumed that the location of the bag drop off would be at that exact location. Not until I made the reservation did you actually give me the address of the place I was to drop my bags. Why not just give the address upfront so I know exactly how far I need to go with my heavy heavy bags through the streets of New York City??? The drop off and pick up process was fine, cost was reasonable.”

“What a clever concept! Our plane landed at 8:30 am and check in was not available til 3:00 pm. I searched the internet for what to do with the luggage and Vertoe popped up. We did not want to waste the whole day dragging luggage from place to place. It was the prefect solution. The people in the store that we used were so nice and accommodating. They even helped us find a place to go for breakfast. I will use the service again if the need arises and I will definitely share with friends.”
