“There was a last minute change in the drop off address, which was close to the original drop off location. So no big thing. For the rest seamless.”

“I was very hesitant at first to just leave my luggage at some shop. I was like woah am I going to walk into this shop and they are going to have no idea why I am there and suddenly I was scammed for my card info on the internet. I took the plunge and was surprised to find it was legit. Great service will use again.”

“I was confused at first why I went in a liquor/bar with my suitcase. It apparently also serves as a luggage storage. And the person I spoke to was nice and friendly and reassured me of their safekeeping policies. I was hoping they’d ask me for identification when picking up and dropping off.”

“Had read a few negative reviews was skeptical but the whole experience was good. Was in New York for a few meetings before heading to JFK and hence needed to store my bag near Grand Central. Booked online. Arrived and Showed the booking to the person at the store. Tamper tie given to seal the bag with unique id. Bags taken in and kept out of customers way. Came back in the evening showed a pic of the tie and collected bags. Quite simple. Would def recommend. No Id was checked. In all a good experience.”

“Vertoe provided us with a luggage storage location while our own google search wasn’t giving us much of an option. Although the location wasn’t disclosed at purchase we were provided that after the transaction and were able to store our luggage near by. The location and place were sketchy but we rest assured on the luggage insurance provided. Our items were not tampered with and upon arrival they put our luggage zip tie on through our zippers so no one would be able to get in it. Overall, great experience, great price and accessible location.”

“I was looking for a place near Boston airport and had no idea that such a thing existed. A friend of mine suggested Vertoe and I went for it. I found this business idea fascinating! Not only it was quick and easy, it was safe and value for money too. I am so glad that the CEO is a Delhi girl from Hindu College and a NIFTian. Kudos to you Neha!! Long way to go!! All the best!”

“We dropped our luggage in a green store, where the employees barely spoke to us. When we got back to pick them up, they were at the end of an aisle, accessible to everyone. Nothing was wrong with our luggage, but that is not a real service. If I pay for a drop-off place, I expect my baggage to be stored in a secure and inaccessible place, not left in a random aisle.”
