“DON'T USE. Terrible. Tried to drop off bags. NO ONE knew that it was supposed to be a storage location. Tried multiple times to call. Left several messages without any response.”

“This is a great service for anyone who doesn’t want to carry bags around a city. We had an 8 hour layover and had no where to keep our bags while we explored. Luckily we found Vertoe!”

“I booked a place to store my luggage in New York City for a few hours. I received a confirmation by text and email. When I arrived at the booking location, the gentleman at the counter had no knowledge of my reservation, despite the fact that I shared my email and text confirmation with him.”
