“I had to bring my 13 yr old into a bar which was random - just so we could place our bags. I think if the bar jad a ‘vertoe’ Sign it would have given us confidence- to drop your bags at a bar - not great when you didn’t expect it.”

“Great accommodation for our luggage and accessible location next to metro. Helpful and nice staff! If one cannot go up stairs, that would be the only issue via accessibility- but I would think the staff would be able to help accommodate.”

“Easy to use and well thought out process through app. Used Vertoe in London and allowed for traversing the city all day unencumbered by luggage, given no early check-in available at hotel. Highly recommend.”

“The people were very nice but the bags were stored in a bathroom. My pillow was placed on the toilet seat... And vertoe won't tell you Anything until you pay and book. Deceptive.”

“This was an absolute savior as we had 4 hours between checkout and the time we needed to be at the airport. The process was very easy! It took us a total of 5 minutes to drop off our bags and less than that to pick up. I highly recommend this service!”

“Great care and customer service at Emergency Room. I was very comfortable leaving my bag there all day. And they are open late compared to other baggage service spots. Will definitely go there again.”
