“I did NOT leave the luggage of mine or and my party, 19 pieces at the drop off location as it seemed extremely unprofessional. First off, it was a restaurant with no actual storage location, simply left out in the open. Secondly, the man at the counter was extremely RUDE, did not have the as per your website the securing locking tabs for said luggage with bar-code and told me that he was NOT responsible and did not care if we left the luggage or not. Thirdly, i called the contact number and the person I spoke was even more rude and unprofessional. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and will NOT pay. I work in the cruise industry, the hospitality side, came off a Princess ship in San Diego and informed all concerned to not use your service because of what transpired.”

“The grocery store in which i was supposed to store my suitcase was closed when I arrived - it was supposed to be open at 7 a.m. and I arrived at 7:40 and it was still not open. In the had I did not store my suitcase and carried it with me back to the hotel. Did not use your service in the end.”

“It was an awesome experience. They completely took the stress out of storing my luggages. I stored my luggages at 147-13 Archer Avenue and I got a very fast and excellent service. Very simple and I would recommend Bertie service”

“Good, affordable, and convenient service. Fast customer service via email. Only complaint is I wish the location information and details (picture, hours, reviews) that was given in the initial search could be accessible AFTER it was booked. I could not find the complete store hours or picture of the storefront in the confirmation email I had received. Thanks.”

“It was great to know that I was able to store my baggage while I was exploring the city. Was affordable and easy. But there was one issue I had was why the location I had it stored separated my carry on from my tote bag. The luggage’s were placed in a back room but the tote was placed in the front in a unsecure area by the front door. Was wondering what if someone tried to take my bag.”
