“The booking and selection choices were good, the accuracy of the locations is also good. The shoe shop where we placed our luggage was ok, but they just put our bags in the shop by the door so we wernt't 100% confident about their security, allthough it was obvious they had not been moved or touched until we came back. They didn't expect us to take photos of the tags as per the advice which also perturbed us. Can't complain though, all was well”

“Drop off place was a little difficult to find. Otherwise, provides a great service - would definitely use again. Bags are tagged and numbered for security.”

“Brilliant business idea!! I visited NYC and this worked perfectly. I dropped off my bags at a gift store near the station, and picked them up right before I needed to leave. This service is a life-saving game-changer!!!!”

“While my experience with the locations that vertoe works with to store luggage was less than stellar, the customer service was outstanding. Within minutes I received a response to my email asking for refunds. Not only did customer service honor my request, they were very understanding and sympathetic.”

“It’s surprising that they offer this service SO CHEAPLY. I left my bag with a Vertoe provider in downtown SF all day for $6 - that’s what I was going to pay per hour st SFO! Being honest, the place where I left the bag was in a sketchy part of the Tenderloin and I think some folks would be uncomfortable, but the person I left the bag with was great and I felt totally fine. My bag was returned to me just how I left it and I will certainly use this service again.”

“A terrific service. No way could our out of town guests enjoyed the sights of D.C. if they had no place to store luggage until departing that day. So happy I found you. You should do some advertising.”

“This is a great service! However, I was waiting for awhile to be helped and the people did not seem too helpful... Additionally, they stacked other bags on top of my bag that had a fragile item in it and it broke. So, not very happy about that. Other than that, great idea and service.”

“Seamless service from booking, dropping off, and picking up our bags. We were delayed getting into the city and customer service (especially from Troy) worked with me quickly to change our booking to accommodate the delay. The service was a big help and we would definitely use Vertoe again!”
