“It was very easy to drop off my bag at a large gift shop a few blocks from Penn Station and then pick it up before catching my train to Newark airport. Very efficient process.”

“I use Vertoe first time. I was bit worried about this because it didn’t show me the storage address before payment. It was no any problem I had and very nice person took care of. I definitely recommend Vertoe.”

“I think the Vertoe ID tags are supposed to be used to close/seal each piece of baggage so as to assure that they're not opened while the luggage owner is away. However, at this location in Arlington VA, one tag was simply used to hold my two pieces of luggage together each of which could have been opened while I was out. Lastly, at this location, if you don't want your kids seeing bongs on display, leave your kids outside to shop.”

“First time user of luggage storage and found Vertoe in NY simple and straightforward. Everything was exactly as described, the unique tags were supplied we took a phone pic and that was that! Would definitely use them again and happy to recommend”

“We used Vertoe to provide a location to store our luggage for the day as we had a late flight. We selected the location in Little Havana and it was a great location. The people at the storage location were very nice and everything went smoothly. I would definitely use Vertoe again.”

“Fantastic service at a great price. Never used this before when traveling but it was perfect for us as a family of 4 staying in apartment accommodation and had to check out at 11am but didn’t fly out of LAX at 9pm. Nice and close to our apartment in wilshire. The guy who runs the shop allowed us to get changed into our flying clothes before leaving.”

“I did not use the vertoe service in the end as I waited for 15 minutes at the UPS Shop and no one showed up. So I dropped my back at the Doubletree Hotel. Many thanks go to Doubletree!”
