“The service was very professional. When we arrived they put the blue tags on our bags and asked us to take pictures with our phone. We left the bags and when we returned we were asked to show the pictures on our phone and the bags were brought back out with the tags still in tack. There were no issues at all and I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Great, check-in was easy. The place that stored my stuff even allowed me to access my stuff midway through the day so I could change after an interview and then explore the city and kept my luggage until I needed to collect before I took my flight.”

“Such a lovely service. My airbnb check out time was 11 AM and my flight was at 10 PM. It was so great to be able to leave my bags at a secure location and enjoy my full day in Miami without having to lug my bags around.”

“Very practical and safe. It changes the way you travel since you can leave your luggage practically anywhere and close to the place you are visiting if you can’t leave your luggage at your hotel. I just discovered it and used it twice in a week end!”

“I used this service in Boston. I was about to take the bus from South Station to the airport but needed a place to store bags for 6 hours. I booked online 30 minutes before I needed to drop bags. The bag drop was a store in South station. It was a perfect solution for me.”

“The designated location for our particular storage was NOT. In fact, it was a Hostel with many different people living there. Needless to say, we did not store our luggage there. The ad says you can cancel up to the point your storage time starts but when you go in to cancel, it says you must cancel at least an hour prior. Will never use Vertoe again and won’t recommend it to anybody else.”

“Quick and easy to book, we were provided with secure numbered zipties to lock our bags with to ensure no one tampered with them, the customer service member at the location we dropped them off at was very kind and helpful, totally worth the money to get to roam around the city bag-free!”
