“I am very disappointed with the information provided before I booked. I was advised that the storage place is at Waterloo station where there are lifts and elevators and it turned out that it is more than a kilometar away, i had to change trains and go one more stop and the station there was only stairs and no lifts or escalators.”

“I had an excellent experience storing my small bag in Washington D.C. while I toured sites that didn't allow bags of any kind. Although I was a bit concerned about leaving it in an unlocked area, it worked out fine. The room was closed when I returned for pick-up. The people at the deli were very friendly and helpful. I plan to use vertoe again on my departure date.”
