“This is an excellent service at a very reasonable price. We had a few hours to kill after our Airbnb checkout and didn't want to lug around a suitcase. I was able to make a booking in a few simple steps and was given an address to drop off the luggage. Check in and check out was quick and smooth - hardly took 2 minutes. The staff sanitized the bag before returning it to us.”

“So, I took my bag to Bertie so I didn't have to walk around with it. They were very nice, they checked everything, handled my back pack with care. Ick-up was easy. Yes, I would definitely leave my bag there again. Great customer service.😁”

“Was not provided or offered seals for baggage. Exact location was hidden until booking which made it very difficult to reach the location given my specific situation. I would have preferred to chose from a list of locations than to chose a general area and be assigned a location.”

“I found the booking misleading as I thought it was close to Charing Cross, it wasn’t it was near Holborn. The place was a newsagent which was not what I was expecting and it was shut, I had to be somewhere at 9:30 - I rang your number and presumably the owner answered and said he was on his way & would be there in 10- 15 mins. I waited nearly 1/2 an hour and gave up & left with my bag. I had to get a taxi as I was late. So I wasted time and money and still had to take my suitcase with me. I’d appreciate a refund of the money.”

“The two individuals that helped me while dropping off and picking up weren't wearing masks. So that's 1 star automatically. Also they didn't seem to be able to find me in their system after I paid for the service prior to coming in. Also try putting a sign on the door as a double check that that is in fact the place to drop off your stuff because the picture could be a little more clear as where you should go. But technically they did what I paid them to do, so that's a win I guess”
