“Living in Europe I am used to idea of having storage lockers at major train stations and airports. During my US trip I found this hard to come by. A Google search help me find Vertoe what I would like to describe as an Airbnb for luggage storage. I used the service in DC and NYC. It is very affordable, easy to find and book locations and seem to have a good network in both the cities I use the service. I would highly recommend this service.”

“The place was convenient to where I was staying and spending time in NY but I was not impressed with the process of picking up my luggage. There was no checking my number to the luggage to make sure that I had taken the correct luggage. Also, I had paid for 2 pieces of luggage as my daughter was scheduled to arrive after I checked my luggage. Her luggage ended up being delayed and so was unable to check in her luggage. According to the Vertoe website, you can't get a refund after the time of your reservation. While it's not much of a charge, it's annoying that I can't get a refund for the luggage that was not checked in.”

“The Vertoe location I used was close to the King Street train station. A nice young man named Jake helped me tag my bag and assured me that he would be there when I picked up my bag. Indeed he was and he went right away to get it.”

“Used the service for the first time and was rather pleased with it. Go on line and create your account. Find the area you want to leave your bag and you’ll get a business that will secure it for you for under $6 a day. I didn’t get an email as it indicted I would but got a text instead which I produced at the business. The business was able to correlate my text to their booking information and confined my reservation. Good program”

“This is a great service. Both places I left a bag were conveniently located for where I was and for where I wanted to be. If I had to use a locker at a main railway station it would have been a long trip to get there. Great idea to have local stores willing to look after luggage.”

“I ended up dropping off my suitcase at a restaurant. Honestly, it was pretty dirty and sketchy, but I got my suitcase back in one piece so that's all that matters!”

“Soy de Guatemala y estaba un poco indeciso si adquirir el servicio o no, sin embargo, decidí hacerlo... Estaba en Miami y quería conocer Wynwood Walls, a una cuadra deje mis cosas en Allan's Distributors y fueron muy amables, estupendo servicio, hasta el señor de la tienda me prestó conexion wifi con su celular, para que yo pudiera pedir mi Uber y me llegaron a traer enfrente de la tienda con mi maleta y me llevaron al aeropuerto... EXCELENTE servicio, pude disfrutar un poco más el día en Miami conociendo y tomandome fotos, para luego partir al aeropuerto, muy feliz de esta aventura, gracias Vertoe :)”
