“Everyone was pleasant and efficient. The luggage was tagged and despite my computer being in an unlocked pocket of my rollerbag, it was perfectly safe. I'd use this location again in a hot minute.”

“We needed a place to store our luggage after getting off the train in NYC. Vertoe was perfect. Vertoe was perfect. Found a location. Booked it. Dropped off luggage. Store owners were very kind and easy to work with. Picking up was a cinch. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Worked super for us. The drop-off was at 357 7th Ave. NYC, near the Megabus busstop. The employees at the store weren't particularly friendly. We received tags to tag our luggage and it was safely stored. However we received no confirmation that we actually stored 5 suitcases at the store. We only received the booking confirmation with booking ID. After a some 4 hours we collected our luggage again and took the subway E to JFK. I can recommend Vertoe, would probably pick a different drop off location as I like friendly employees much better. Also it would have been nice to receive a confirmation that I had actually stored 5 suitcases at the location, incl. the tagnumbers of the tags.”

“Quick and safe. Owner wouldnt let us put an extra plastic bag with food on top of our luggage for safety reasons. Quick pick up for the luggage too!”

“The person handling our luggage allowed us to retrieve the pieces without controlling the numbers. We felt that the fact that we got our luggage was simple luggage. I would try to ensure the shop owners actually put the safety mechanisms into practice, because the idea is very good and this type of practices could kill it.”

“Worked great! Convenient!... just 2 blocks down from the bus terminal. The freedom of no bags let us spend all morning in Manhattan before going to our hotel in the Bronx.”

“This bag-drop-off service was easy and efficient. The drop-off had a sign out front and my bag was secured using the tag. It took no time at all to sign up and be able to walk around New York without all my heavy travel items. Recommend bringing a smaller bag to transfer a few things to hold on to.”

“I have to say it was a little unusual to leave our suitcases in the middle of a tiny magazine store on 8th Avenue. It worked out great though. Easy to make the reservation on line. The proprietor was very nice and assuring. A great NYC experience!”
