“Our luggage of 4 cases was presented to the premises on 8th Ave, New York across from the Port Authority. Vertoe blue tags were put on baggage and we took photos of tag numbers. Although our baggage was not stored in a secure room, but at the rear of the shop, there appeared to always be staff around the area where the luggage was placed.”

“Excellent staff with a great sense of humor. Also provided us with great travel tips and checked suitcase tags with our photos to be certain they were OUR bags...this prevents theft. Great use of spare space at an automotive repair shop. SMART!!!!”

“First time I used a storage company and found vertoe on the net as my hotel would not store my luggage for more than one day. After reading the reviews I decided to use them. The process was easy and price to store in New York was excellent. The people at the location were easy to talk to and tagged my bags as stated so pick up was easy. Will use again if needed.”

“Storing our luggage with Vertoe for the day was so easy. I prepaid online, the store employee was expecting us. She greeted us and quickly took our bags behind the counter and gave us a tag. When we returned, she brought our bags out promptly and we were back in our waiting Uber within 5 mins. I will definitely use Vertoe again.”

“As a minimalist backpacking traveler. I just carry a 40 L backpack. But I want to roam around my urban destination fast, light, and with ease. It's very convenient to just leave to a safe place my main backpack and take a small day pack with just the essentials with me that will cost around 5$ a day. Vertoe is the answer to this : it's convenient, safe, affordable, and got online booking to reserve. It have various locations on a given city, I don't need to go back to my hotel if I am on another side of the city or worried with checkout time.”

“When I booked this, I was unaware that the place I would be storing my bags was in the back of a convenience store on unused shelves. The woman barely spoke English and threw my bags in the back. I had to ask her for the blue security tags and show her a picture because she did not know what I was talking about. She did not ask me any type of security questions or ask to see my reservation. Thankfully I had chatted with someone on the Vertoe team which had made me feel better when they told me this was normal and they partner with local convenience stores. When we picked up our bags, the man there asked to see our tag numbers which made me feel better that he had some idea of what he was doing. It was nice to be able to leave our bags somewhere for the day but I did not feel very comfortable leaving them until I talked to someone from Vertoe.”
