“Our booking was at a backpackers, there was a sign on the front fence saying they had had a spate of recent robberies. We walked inside and asked to see where our luggage would be stored, it was in a room that was not locked and anyone could access away from reception, it was also near a back door that was away from reception. We decided that the risk of leaving our luggage in our car for the day was better than leaving it there.”

“The attention is very good and the shop very clean. The problem is the lack of security. Suitcases are stored in the shop itself, that is, they are not placed in a separate room o locker, so customers of the souvenir shop have access to them. In addition, when we went to pick them up, being a group of 6 people with a suitcase each, we only identified the first suitcase with the tag photo, but the rest were delivered without showing the photo.”

“What a great service. The hassle of hauling around luggage on vacation in between checking out of accommodations and checking in at the airport would have been a real drag. But fortunately I stumbled across the Vertoe service and we were able to easily leave our luggage at a retail shop for a nominal fee. It was so worth it.”

“Stumbled upon this service online and it had good ratings so I tried it out and it lived up to the hype! It took me 3 minutes to find a location near me that could hold my bad. Drop off and pickup was a breeze. Would definitely book this again!”

“Very convenient! Worked well. Store emloyees were very nice. Just wish our bags were kept behind a counter or in a seperate room.... not as close to the front door as they were. Would use them again though.”

“I was surprised to find that there were actually no “lockers” but that people’s suitcases were just sitting in the middle of the store. The staff were, however, courteous and efficient. I would use Vertoe again.”
