“It worked well for me. I used the East Boston location near the Maverick T station. I dropped my bags for several days while I visited the area by public transport. It's a short walk to the station and a short ride to the airport. They were very nice and it seemed secure enough.”

“We got into Chicago at 8am and we couldn’t get into our room until 3pm. It was really awesome to be able to safely store our luggage somewhere so we could go see the city. Everything was easy and safe. I definitely recommend it and I’m actually about to use the service again in an hour so we can see more of the city before our 8pm flight.”

“This was my first time. For sure my dropoff location was friendly, secure and just as advertised. I'd absolutely go again; and I can recommend it. Booking on Vertoe was also easy and just as advertised ... I have used only this one stop but I'm sure I'd book again.”

“All was good, I left my luggage there for 3 days, and it was în the same place I left it. The only thing that seems weird to me îs that they are giving luggages back based on a photo, or just by telling them which one is yours. I would ask for an ID if I was in their place”

“This service was so perfect, very safe, and definitely recommend. We had 12 hours to kill prior to going to airport in NYC. Lugging our bags would’ve been such a bummer. Thank god for Vertoe. It was right around the corner from our Airbnb. So convenient.”

“Not a good experience. We booked to leave our bags for two hours (13.00-15.00) in Honolulu. After we made the booking, and paid for it, we went to the drop-off point. The lady there told us that she could only take our bags for one hour because she needed to leave at 14.00. This is despite the website saying the drop-off location was open until 17.00 that day. Terrible service, no apology or explanation. Will not be using again and recommending others avoid Vertoe too due to its unreliability.”

“I was looking for a place to stow away our bags while we waited for out flight so that we could freely roam around Nashville. This is such a helpful service and the the partners at Caesars' Italian Restaurant were so helpful!”
