“My first experience of Vertoe was very disappointing, entrusting my valuable possessions to a small convenience store stock room was both frightening and the staff very unhelpful despite obviously signing up to be a vertoe provider, this is not a service I will be using again.”

Hi Shannon, We're sorry you didn't feel comfortable at one of our Vertoe locations. While our model is for the stores to utilize their extra storage space, we do hope the staff there is helpful and makes you feel assured in leaving your bag there. “The site does not work properly I was in San Francisco they scheduled my bags to be stored somewhere in Colorado, moreover did not return my money back!!! You can not trust this site.”

Hello, I'm sorry for your experience using the website. We believe the search for the landmark you were looking for also has a similarly named location in Denver. We are working on optimizing searches on our website, so special cases like this don't happen again. As for the note about not returning the money, we allow for user to cancel their reservation themselves on our website or app up to 1 hour prior to their dropoff time. After that our support team can assist and can be reached at support@vertoe.com or by chatting on our website. These are the proper channels to request a refund. I don't see that you reached out to us. However in this case, we will issue you the refund since the website did not perform as optimally as we would have liked. Thank you, -Emily

“I used this service because I had several hours between flights... Super easy and definitely would use them again... Easy check in easy reliable check out and was awesome that I didn’t have to carry my bags around all day... I would highly recommend this company...”

“The Vertoe app was really easy to use. The staff at the shop were quite possibly some of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Attitudes changed when the owner of the shop was there when we picked up our bags but it was too late. So rude and unpleasant.”
