“Quick and convenient”

“It was a little disconcerting that we would not know the storage location address before booking, but the location was only a block or two from Grand Central Terminal, where we wanted to store baggage. The store location owners were pleasant and helpful and everything was as advertised. Vertoe was convenient and I would use them again. Stored baggage is guaranteed and their chat line people were good at answering questions.”

“Vertoe and its services got us out of a bad situation where we could not figure out what to do with our bags while walking in Manhattan. Downloaded and used it within a few minutes and found good nearby place to use. Had no issues even when going past the checkout time a little bit. The only reason I’m giving it 5 starts is the app: it was hard to figure out sometimes, won’t show the names of the stores until you make a reservation and even seeing the info on the reservation was cumbersome. Not a deal breaker but a possible improvement. Recommended!”

“Dropped off our bags here, so we could tour the 911 Museum after our cruise, since our flight home was later in the day. Employees were super friendly! Price was quite reasonable! Would definitely use this service again.”
