“Extremely disappointed in your service. Website said 5.5 miles from Grand Ole Opry and when we booked found out is was 12 miles away. When we got Caesar's pizza to store my 2 bags there was no room in the secure closet. Very nice to book but consider when a place is overbooked. We had no choice but to leave our luggage in an unsupervised area that anyone could have walked away with. I would like a full refund for the 2 bags i paid for. Very disappointed and stressful time.”

“Very upsetting! We had to leave our bags in the hallway of The pizza restaurant unlocked. We should have been warned!! This was not honest! I would like a refund as I was completely misled!”

“I was extremely disappointed in your service. The bag storage in Nashville was double the distance than what you put on your site. When we arrived at Caesar’s pizzeria there was no available locked space for storage and we had to leave our bags in an open an hallway of the restaurant where customers walk through. We had no other options for storage but did not feel that our bags were secure. We booked and paid for a secure locked storage spot in advance and did not receive that service. I would like to get a refund for my reservation. I would not recommend your company to anybody.”

“Truthfully it’s nice to offer the service but the venue didn’t have the space for all our luggage and it sat in their hallways. Very unsafe. No security. Perhaps you should limit the amount of orders taken. Very disappointing service after a long trip and no other options.”

“Everything went really well and was super easy to use! However, I was a little disappointed that on the website it shows you will receive a secure tag that gets locked on your luggage so that you know no one has tampered with it and that did not happen. Also, this would then use as your pick up information. Our items were not tagged, so anyone could have picked them up.”

“The service is absolutely awesome, it is way cheaper than other luggage storages in London and it is very quick and effective. The staff working at our chosen point was really nice and professional. We’re definitely gonna use it again.”

“Luggage storage in the city is a lifesaver in a pinch! Unfortunately, the location I chose did not meet my standards. They were rude and acted like it was a bother and a hassle to use their service. When we arrived to retrieve our bags they were just sitting on the floor almost where we left them. Did not feel secure or trustworthy to me. Would not use that location again but would probably use this company in a pinch”

“Cheap and helpful. Actual facilities not great. Man didn’t ask for any form of identification on pick up and actually tried to give me someone else’s bag. No bag tags or anything of the sort was used. Also about a twenty minute walk from the station”

“Easy to find and walk to from the train in downtown Atlanta. Convenient for the Aquarium visit we had planned so we could drop our carry-on baggage. We went on a Saturday (they were open only until 4 p.m.) on a long layover at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, before an international flight taking off in the evening.”
