“Would never use this service again! The service sent me to a storage site called Venice Convenience (was misspelled on the window). The guy at the store checked me in but had no list of incoming clients so he wrote my confirmation number on a post-it and told me to leave the bag on the floor in front of the counter. He did not move to tag it with the Vertoe id strap at all. I took the bag and put it behind the counter, and left, feeling very anxious. When I came back he passed me the bag which was sitting on the top of a refrigerated case with no tag. There were other bags up there as well as untagged roller bags in the rows of the store. My bag and contents were ok but in no way did I get the peace of mind I was looking for in this service.”

“This service was invaluable to us on our last day in DC. We checked out of our Airbnb at 10, and weren't flying out til much later that afternoon. Being able to park our bags with Vertoe from 10am-2pm gave us freedom to enjoy our last day in DC without having to drag our large suitcases with us everywhere. Great price for baggage storage!”

“Service was a godsend! We couldn't check in to our Airbnb until 6 p.m. Everything worked like a charm. Online reservation was quick with explicit directions. Would highly recommend!”

“I wanted to tour the National Arboretum in Washington, DC, before my flight home. What I didn't want was to drag my roll-around behind me while I did it. A quick search for where to stow my luggage brought me to Vertoe. It was easy to set up an account and I had my luggage securely stowed away within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the Cleaner of Cleaners in DC who held my baggage and with Vertoe. I can't wait to use this service on my next trip!”

“Great and super convenient service! At first, we were a little unsure about leaving our bags, but the employee was so friendly. So much nicer than lugging around our bags until we could check-in at our accommodation. Would recommend for sure!”

“I booked a luggage store at the Dead Layers Pub in Chicago. When I saw the dirty, untidy basement room where I was supposed to store my luggage, I was shocked. Also, the room was unlocked and right next to the toilets so everyone could go in and help themselves. I was very angry and took my luggage with me and looked for another trustworthy place. The anger and this USD 13.90 I could have saved.”
