“Perfect service if you don’t want to/can’t carry valuables with you while in the coty. My son had an appt. at the US Consulate and wasn’t allowed any electronics. He needed his phone for directions and was traveling alone so we had a dilemma. A quick search for lockers and we found Vertoe. We booked a 2 hour slot for $7.95 online and my son had his problem solved! He had an easy experience and we were both pleased! Highly recommend this service!!”

“I was a little wary at first once I found out the location after I paid, however everything worked out so well!! Not only was it affordable but it was in a safe and convenient location. I would do it again and recommend it for my family and friends.”

“First, we got our bags in tact and with all of our belongings. However, the business left our bags in plain site and unattended. I would not use this service again as it seemed not truly secure”

“I was unable to check my bag because a photo of the ID tag was required, and I don't have a smartphone. The store owner refused to give me a refund, and was thoughtless. If more than $6 were at stake I would have filed a complaint the NY consumer protection. As I told several NY friends I thought that sort of "Who cares about you?" attitude went out with the 1970s.”

“The store stated that it opened at 10am and did not open until 10:30am. We waited outside for a half hour to drop off our bags.”

“Very high cost if you consider that you pay someone to keep luggage in the storage area of his convenience store. The guy firstly told us that we can put our luggage in a corner of the shop and that he will keep it safe when he will have the time... at the result we paid $35, waited 15 minutes without a real service.”

“So impressed. Made our trip to NYC so much easier when we had 8 hours between AirBNB check out and flight home. Vertoe is an amazing service and the bag receiver was a delightful person! We felt safe and happy leaving our bags whilst we went to the mall! Thank you so much - highly recommend! Happy Australian Family!”

“I returned to where I stored my bag to find no one there and had to wait a half hour until someone answered the door to receive my bag. This was very uncomfortable before a flight.”
