“The bag procedure is not like the app describes. No security tags were used our bags were stored next to the soda fountain machine of an Italian restaurant out in the open.not in a secure room. All they gave us was a paper receipt of our name and how many bags we had. It was nice not to have to lug a bag around town but we were still worried we were being scamed. Probably won't use this service again.”

“This service is fantastic. I was skeptical but it was such a relief to be able to drop my luggage near Penn Station and explore the city without dragging my bags along. Will definitely use again in the future!”

“Most apps providing the same service provide places for a similar price. I tried Vertoe for the first time in SF and I was very happy to use it. You make the booking online, you go to the place, show the reservation number and you can enjoy your trip so much more. I definitely recommend. Thanks.”

“I searched for a drop spot near me, the website said there was one 0.2 miles from my location. After paying I was directed to a location 15 minutes away by subway. No chance to cancel. Was charged yet had to carry my luggage all day. Total waste of time and money.”

“Excellent experience and customer service. Had an 8 hour overlap between resort check out and departure back home. Completed my transaction online including payment. Person working (sorry for not getting his name) was very courteous and when we returned to pick up our luggage he was already gathering our luggage as we walked in the door. “Just perfect! Near the Port Authority Station (3-5 minutes walk) in a Gift Shop. The guys there were very friendly. I would definetly recommend this and put my luggage there again :-).”

“It worked out very well for us we needed a place to hold our luggage for several hours on our last day. It was very clean and in a great area we got a bite to eat at the cafe next to the cleaner before going to enjoying the rest of our day.”

“+ves: location, price -ves: poor (actually bad) experience at the store I understand you cannot possibly control the store experience, but you may want to make sure the stores treat your customers right. I would use this service in future only if I can’t find any alternatives.”
