“We stored two large backpacks for a few hours while we explored the city. Very convenient. The store keeper was very professional.”

“We had a whole day in NYC at the end of a cruise and before a nightflight back to Europe with 5 pieces of luggage. No chance to store the luggage at the cruiseport and a complete waste of time, to bring it to JFK and head back to the city. My wife found Vertoe on Google - we choose a close location to the Top of the Rock. Everything worked well - we definitely do it again.”

“This was my first time using Vertoe and this location had highly convenient proximity to Logan Airport. It saved me from having to haul my luggage around Boston all day, which I was truly thankful for! The only hesitation I had was that the lady didn't understand English, but at least she understood the reason I was there. It required a bit of a leap of faith to leave my luggage there essentially in plain sight, but I would definitely still do it again. Thanks Vertoe!”

“It seemed sketchy on first look, but after hearing of a second-degree contact using it successfully, I gave it a try. I ended up using the same location as she did (I considered another that may have been more convenient, but didn't have as good reviews and was stated to be in a smoke shop).”

“The concept is great but the storage room where we put our bags really needs to be cleaned up. It was dirty and unorganized. The store itself was clean and the staff nice but the room should have been cleaned up”
