“The location we chose to store our bags at was convenient, near Times Square, but the shop had little security over stored bags. They were simply piled toward the back of the store. I was told to take a photo of them that I would present for identification upon return. But when we returned, the person at the till was only interested in the company name we reserved through and then we were free to go take bags. Fortunately everything we left was still there.”

“A good experience on first time use in DC, Dupont Circle area. Clear premises photo. We took photos of our locking tags for collection confirmation. Helpful owners directed us to our airbnb. A pity they are not open on our departure day... would recommend the service and will use again.”

“I appreciate the service being available in DC but just wish the locations were closer to the Amtrak station. The staff at the independent business that stored my bags were helpful and courteous.”

“Our original scheduled early afternoon flight to return home from Boston was cancelled and we were re-booked on evening flight so we didn't have any place to leave our bags after checking out of our airbnb. We found Vertoe as an option and it was easy and secure leaving our bags at Teddy Ball Games in South Station. Would definitely use Vertoe again if the need arises!”

“For 6.95 I let my suitcase all day while I enjoy New York. No problem to book it on my phone, no extra charge like americans like to with taxes, and the Deli was easy to find.”

“The seller in the store did not know the application and providing the ID number did nothing. He wasn't helpful, quite the opposite. He promised to show the confirmation of the transfer from the bank account.”

“I love that this service of offered. The location that temporarily stored a piece of luggage was easy to locate and in close proximity to where I was located. The one concern I had was with the team at the location. It was my first experience with Vertoe and I wanted to educate myself on how the piece of luggage would be stored and out of the public’s eye. The front desk at the location seemed frustrated that I was asking detailed questions like where will bag be placed? How do you know this is my bag? Will bag be placed in a secured and private location? The lock being placed on the bag did not have a code or number. This took several minutes. After what seemed a painfully extraction from this particular team, I was finally comfortable allowing the bag to be stored. Fortunately, there were no issues/concerns when I came back to pick up my bag.”

“I was a little nervous about leaving my belongings at a unknown location. I was in Washington DC visiting from out of town. I needed to store my luggage for last minute site seeing before heading to the train station. Once the location was reveled, my friends who worked in the area indicated they were familiar with the shop so that put me at ease. The ease of the online presence/website, convenient location and pleasant proprietor made it a great experience. I would feel comfortable recommending the service.”
