“I purchased a spot for my luggage from 11am-5pm. The store where I was supposed to drop my luggage didn't open until almost 12pm because the owner didn't feel like opening on time. He never asked to see my confirmation email, nor did he have secure luggage tags to place on my suitcases. In the end, I left the store a little after 12pm and didn't feel too safe leaving my luggage there so I came back at 3pm instead of 5pm. I would never use this service again especially since they weren't even able to reimburse me for the 1 hour waiting outside the store to open.”

Hello, We're sorry for the experience with our partner location. We have spoke with the owner of this location to make sure they are following Vertoe's security procedures. In regards to your note about the refund, we do charge by the day and not the hour but I saw our customer service rep gave you a discount code for the future. “Vertoe made it very convenient for us to leave our luggage somewhere so we could explore new york city until our rental was ready. Great alternative to dragging luggage all over town.”

“Worker very well for us. Needed to Park our luggage after disembarking a Cruise Shop so that we could explore NY for The Day before our flight Home late at night. No hassles, good value.”

“The actual location was not really that close to Union Station, but one does not know that until after the reservation is made and the drop-off location is revealed. Also, there was no clear and obvious entry to the drop off location. It was not until someone walking by chance had knowledge of the place and said here is the door that lead to the elevator (drop off location 2nd fl), but the door was locked. It was at this time someone who worked there happened to walk outside and said they would unlock the door for our entry. Again without of these people there was no discernible way to ID the entry point of the drop off location.”

“Everything that was advertised about this service is what I experienced. I felt my bag was secure and safe, leaving me worry free to enjoy San Diego. Checking in the bags and checking out were very easy and quick. The people running the place where my bag was dropped off were professional and friendly. This is a great service I never knew existed and will definitely be using it again. Thanks Vertoe.”

“Vertoe was a lifesaver on our recent trip to Boston! Our flight left at 8:50pm and we wanted to be able to explore the city without dragging luggage with us. We left our bags at a convenient location and enjoyed the city for the day!”

“Easy and super convenient, quick process. The only concern I have is the security aspect, we showed the store clerk a photo of our blue numbered tag and he said to just go and grab it. Fine if our things were the only ones but there were others and I worried about someone swiping our stuff with theirs. Other than that, convenient!”

“I made a reservation that I did not use due to a scheduling conflict. Thus far, I have not been able to make contact with the service provider to find out if an alternate date can be selected since the service was prepaid on Sept. 20th. If there is someone available to reply and assist, I would greatly appreciate it! -Shawn Kimberly”
