“It was a fast and easy process and at a very accesible price. They were very attentive. P.S.: ur luggage is left there, Next to the copy machines not in a proper storage space/ room. But Will definitely reccomwnd and use again. Thanks”

“This is helpful for travellers, specially those who do not have any accomodations booked and would just stay in a place for the whole day. My only comment is that I was expecting a locker where I would leave my things but instead they just provided me with a zip tie.”

“Easy to use and with a much needed service! What else am I supposed to do with my bags when I have 7 hours before a flight?! Vertoe to the rescue! The app is straight forward and the price is 1/2 of other companies I looked at. I wish there were more locations but this one was conveniently located outside of the airport. The shop owner was friendly and put my mind at ease with my belonging. Thanks guys!”

“We left our luggage for 9 days and it was really convenient. One thing that I don’t like was that I wanted to take luggage at 9 but he told that pick up will be at 10.”

“I was wanting to store my luggage at EWR airport but it quickly became obvious that there was no such service available and you can't check your luggage with your airline until 4 hours before flight time. I found Vertoe and it worked well. The location I was given was a restaurant near Newark Penn Station. Everything worked as planned. The only thing I might say is that when we picked up our four bags the person didn't check our i.d. We identified the luggage and he gave us all four bags. It was a quick and easy pick up but for security reasons I think they should have asked for i.d. or to the see the photos of the bag tags that they required us to when we dropped off the bags. I would use the service again.”

“Great option when you need to store your luggage somewhere until you can get into your Airbnb. Easy process, secure location, and our luggage “host” also made a recommendation of a great place where we could spend a few hours until our housing was available. I was hesitant at first but this was inexpensive and easy!”

“Found it strange that I didnt receive a ticket when I dropped off my bag. I came back and took my luggage which was sitting with about 25 other pieces in the front of the store. No one asked for an ID. Anyone could walk in and take a suitcase.”

“Checking bags in was super easy. The store we were leaving them at knew exactly why we were there when coming in with our bags. Checking out the woman who was working asked us if we saw where the bags were being kept. Got our bags back fine but little unsettling that at first she didn’t seem to know where to find our bags.”
