“Was skeptical at first but everything went smoothly. Definitely take a picture of the tag and all your bags as they’ll only give you one tag for all your bags (and only put it one one of them).”

“Location was nice and easy drop-off and pick-up. I left 2 bags there. At pick up one of the bags did not have the tamper proof lock, but nothing was missing from the bag. Convenient not to walk around the city with the luggage!”

“It’s easy. Pick your location and buy time. Vertoe uses business establishments who will store your baggage. Don’t look for Bertie at an address, it’ll be the business they use. Highly recommended.”

“First time using it. Need to leave luggage somewhere so we didn’t have to worry about it in New York City while we were waiting for our AIRBNB become available. Sunrise market made it very easy to drop off and pick up. We would use Vertoe again.”

“A very argumentative man at the location where I dropped the bags off was not satisfied with the confirmation text I received from your company. Even the name Vertoe was on it. He wanted to see the email as well. He called me rude and asked where I come from! I worried the entire time I was at the theater that everything would be missing from my bag. Nothing was missing.”

“What a great service. Having arrived in Boston hours before I could check into my hotel, it was a relief to find somewhere to store my suitcase so that I could go downtown without dragging it along. Thank you.”
