“I had a great experience using Vertoe. Let me tell my story and experience about the first time using Vertue: Since I wasn't exactly aware of how luggage check in and out works I was a bit skeptical at first and the shop owners weren't too informative either - I was given a luggage tag and told I should take a photo of it, I was given no other written confirmation of the luggage check-in. That's mostly my fault to not have read up about the whole process in detail. Later in the evening at the hotel, when I figured out the photo is for checking in the luggage via the app myself, I realised that there was no way to add an existing photo of the tag. So that is my only feedback - unless it's a security issue, I recommend you allow the use of an existing photo to check in via the app, as a way to help with people having no data plan/wifi to check in once they are online next.”

“My experience was terrible, i thought i selected one location on the app and couldn’t tell that it changed selections before I paid. I wasted my money on the wrong location and didn’t use it. Terrible app.”

“Very easy to leave luggage so close to grand central. Pretty good price. There was a lot of other luggage and it wasn’t locked up, at first I was nervous that anyone can just walk in and grab the bags but the worker there reassured me and it all ended up working out great.”
