“Staff at front desk comes and goes so be ready to wait for service. Bags are stored in maintenance area in basement behind locked door.”

“Great idea. Left our bags to have a Manhattan walk about before flying home. Shop owners very polite and friendly, didn't have any hesitation leaving our luggage. Will do it again no problem.”

“Excellent service that gave us freedom.of having to cart luggage about New York too busy for that they took cases through the back gave us a ticket and recognised us when we came back to the shop . This ship had the best opening times for us. Defo recommend 580 8th Ave. Thanks again”

“My luggage was not secured. They were put under a table in an open room where anyone could grab them and run out the open back door. In addition, the app kept glitching during check in.”
