“Wow-this service actually worked! I am so glad I discovered Vertoe, as it solves a constant problem for travelers like me who take an early morning flight to get to a meeting that same day, but can't make it to their hotel to leave their luggage and still make the meeting in another part of town on time. Vertoe made everything very clear, and the business owner who stored my bag was great to deal with as well. This is a brilliant concept, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Had a few hours between leaving our apartment and our flight home and used Vertoe for the first time. The bag drop off was near our apartment and the process of booking, dropping off and picking up worked well. Very happy with this service.”

“The cafe I dropped my luggage off at was very casual and never even checked my name or which bags were mine. Thankfully there was no issue, but anyone could have walked in at any time. It was not that secure.”

“Highly recommended. I left two bags for two days and I had no problem, even when I left my electronic devices. It is a very cheap option to leave your luggage there. They are very close to PENN station and the subway. You can walk without problem. They were very kind. The guy who attended the place gave me instructions to get to the airport. I had to go to JKF so I just walked a little and took the subway that took me directly to the airport. Very easy.”

“Was not near Union Station and we had to carry our luggage 15min through the streets of D.C. In addition there was no locker room and we had to leave our luggage at the Office of the Hostel. Not as expected...”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Mileage estimates are shown on our website but we appreciate your feedback and will look into how to better represent that to our customers. As for your second point, our model is not locker based. Users are given tamper proof seals and their luggage is stored in the location's extra storage space. Thank you, -Emily
