“I checked my bag for 2 hours while I walked around San Francisco. Vertoe directed me to a corner store, where the guy at the counter was very friendly and professional. He had me lock the bag with a numbered plastic zip-tie and take a picture, then put the bag in a storage room with other suitcases. I retrieved the bag two hours later with no problems. I'd definitely consider using this service again.”

“They provided the service, but I'm still uncomfortable with the experience. Our luggage was not stored in a storage point, it was simply piled in a corner of a souvenir shop. We didn't have a choice, so we accepted and prayed to see our things again when we came back. Nothing was stolen, but I would not do it again.”

“Vertoe is a good platform , and this time the locker service provider is excellent, the address is very near LAX , and the landlord is nice to serve me, we will definitely recommend it to other short term luggage storage requirement travelers”

“the venue where I left the luggage was perfect (Beacon hill). Well located and very friendly staff. I felt very safe leaving my luggage with them for the day. I would highly recommend this particular location. My only issue with the whole process was the app itself, as I had initially booked a different location, but when I saw where it actually was and the reviews I wanted to cancel that particular booking. Unfortunately I did not EVER receive confirmation for this booking, thus no proof of a booking number, despite the money been taken from my account. I thus had to pay twice for the storage of my luggage..... :-(”

“The store was in a very good location for the purpose of our visit to Boston. Dropping off and picking up our suitcases was quick and easy. Payment on line ahead of time meant not having to wait to pay. I recommend this location and Verto to travellers who need to leave their suitcases in a safe location while seeing Boston”

“That was the easiest bag storage I’ve ever used. I booked on my way from the hotel and deposited my bag. It took all of two minutes to get it back and I was directly off to the train. Highly recommended!”
