“I had a great experience storing my luggage for the day. It was easy to sign up, pay, drop off, and pick up. I didn’t worry at all about the security of my bags while I was exploring the city before my flight. I’d recommend it and will sue it again if I am in need. Glad to know this service exists.”

“Wow! I had never heard of this service, but I was doing a meeting in New York City and was only going to be there for the day and then head to the airport. I came in from another city by bus, so I had a piece of luggage that I didn't want to take to a meeting. I found Vertoe by a search on the web and when I saw all the locations, I was delighted. I dropped my bag off one block from my meeting and then when I was done, it was sitting there and I got in back in less than 10 seconds and was on my way. I will use them every time I come to NY now!”

“I was searching where to leave the luggage and in talking to few people around, suggestion was to leave it in Union station. Called Amtrak and their pricing was too much for small pieces of luggage - 4 pieces Looked at Vertoe and this is great service and convenient locations near many Metra stations. We booked online and went and dropped it and conveniently picked luggage back. It is located all around the Metro area and is priced right”

“Ok. They stored the bags safely, as expected. When we got there, a man took our bags immediately. When we came back, the man was gone and we were forced to wait 7 minutes while the other employees did their “real jobs” before getting our bags. Thankfully we were not in a rush at that point, or it would have been a real problem.”

“Went to the address the app took me to. There was a street-view picture that showed a building. When I walked in, it was a restaraunt. I asked if I could drop my stuff off and they basically looked at me like I was stupid. Walked around for 10+ minutes, going into buildings and asking if they knew where the luggage storage was. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about. Terrible experience 👎”

“Worked well. Entire store was locked at all times so I felt luggage was safe. Wish the location was open later than 6 pm as my flight was delayed and would have liked to leave my bag an extra hour”

“Ill give them 4 stars just because when I arrived to the establishment to leave my baggage the lady did not have the security items that she was supposed to gave me or at least that was on the email, súper close to the cloud gate and downtown, good.”

“I'm new to Vertoe and needed to leave bags for the day before heading back to the airport. The site was so easy to use, managed to find a shop a coupe of minutes from Penn station and drop off/collection was super simple. Couldn't have asked for more and the price was perfect.”
