“Convenient, affordable and safe! The drop-off location followed the procedures described on Vertoe (i.e. checking ID, email confirmation, etc), so I felt good leaving my bag there. When I went back to pick up my bag, I was asked to show the picture they had me take of my bag with the Vertoe seal on before they went look for it. So yes, it's totally safe, and I would not hesitate to use this service again!”

“The man who took our bags was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Centre Finest Deli for luggage storage. The sandwiches were also amazing!”

“This company is awesome, you can find stores for luggage storage throughout the whole city. The one that I left my luggages were really close to my airbnb, so after checkout I could walk and leave the luggages and then enjoy the city until going to the airport. The staff was very friendly.”

“This was my first time using Vertoe, and it was super easy and convenient... almost too easy! I also really appreciated the flexibility of pick up/drop off time since I was trying to kill time before a flight that kept getting delayed more and more. The service price was also very reasonable. I'd definitely use Vertoe again.”

“This was a great alternative to storing my luggage bag so I could be free to roam around the city all day before catching train out of Grand Central at end of day. It was my first time using this service so was a little leary about it but found it to be convenient and safe. I would though recommend buying small luggage locks for your own added security. I would use this service again if needed.”

“First time using the service, was a little nervous to drop my parcels off in a random store but the staff was great and had us lock them up and take a photo of the tag numbers. Everything was there when we returned. Will use again!”

“Vertoe is a great service. We left our luggage in Times Square at a souvenir shop. Although very convenient, the store owners try to sell you their wares. $8.32 for ONE shot glass. Be careful.”
