“This service couldn’t possibly have been easier or quicker - all the way from the booking to the drop-off/pick up. Service in the shop was friendly, and I felt secure leaving my luggage there until we could come back and check in to our apartment!”

“This was so easy and convenient to use! After I paid online I received a text and email with the booking details and address. I got there and the store owner had tags for my luggage all set out for me. It was just as easy to retrieve my bags later and they were lenient with the times. Thank you!”

“Lack of information, the straps were not put in a safe place and were taken off before I could inspect. It didn’t inspire confidence, but the owners of the place were very nice people.”

“I had never used this before and so I didn’t know what to expect. It is such a fantastic company and idea I will definitely use it again. It was easy to book on my phone and when I drop my bags off, it was super fast and easy as well. They tagged my bags and set them aside until I came back. Easy breezy.”

“A great concept however we didn’t receive an email as indicated, only a text confirmation which wasn’t satisfactory for the storage location. Beyond this first challenge, it was easy enough to drop off our luggage, placing numbered lock tags o our bags, provided by the storage location. Picking up luggage 2 hours later was a different story. The woman didnt remember us (family of 5 from Australia which we shared with her) and asked us to produce a photo of the number from the lock tags on our bags. We weren’t advised by her to do this at check in. She was not going to to give us our bags. We needed to be insistent to get them back for a waiting driver taking us to the airport. Now that we know how this system works, we hope for a better experience in other US cities.”

“It was an extremely pleasant experience. I found the storage at the perfect location. It was a barber shop. The service was speedy and professional. Most importantly, the place was safe and secured. I highly recommend the service.”

“Very easy system. Was a bit afraid at first but couldn't recommend more. Only suggestion to the user is to ask the bag keeper the closing hour of the store to verify when you have to go back (although vertoe already displays this information)”

“Works great! Location where we stored our bags knew just what to do. They tagged our bags with official Vertoe plastic ties. Then we took pictures of the numbered tags. When we returned, we showed the clerk pictures of all our bags. Clerk got our bags and we were on our way. Will definitely use Vertoe again. Thanks, Vertoe!”

“The owner of this particular store is incredibly rude, I could not believe it. OK, it was great to leave our bags so we wouldn't have to carry them around all day before heading to the airport.. But this guy.... Unbelievably rude and cranky, have never seen anything like this. Will never ever set foot in his store again. What a d*ck.”

“I had a very bad experience with the location I was sent to. So I left the location without storing anything there. However, customer rep. Mr. Sam responded my complaints right away. I appreciated the responses and the good customer cares. I will definitely use Vertoe on my next trip but just not that location.”
