“The place where our bags were kept was a very small convenience store, which surprised us, but it worked great and people were helpful. They sealed our bags, and everything was great.”

“Loved my experience with Vertoe. I did it in Brooklyn and it was easy and cheap, dropped my bags off at a candy store, the guy was very nice. I'd definitely do it again.”

“On a recent visit to San Francisco, my plans for exploring the city changed unexpectedly on the last day and I was suddenly stuck with my bags. I figured that if any city had a solution for this, it would be San Francisco, so I googled "bag storage" and found Vertoe. I booked a storage spot nearby and spent a great afternoon exploring without hauling my bags around. Highly recommend! One tip - when booking, do pay attention to the hours of the business where you are dropping your bag. If they are closed when you get back, you'll be out of luck!”

“We were hesitant to use Vertoe for luggage storage our first time but with no other options in DC we had to make an executive decision and trust the company. We are so glad that we did! Our location was a store near the Airport and our bags were tagged and safe the entire day!”

“What a great idea! We had some free time before catching our flight, but had no place to store our luggage in downtown Chicago. This location was so convenient across from the Willis Tower and it couldn't have been any easier. They use a luggage zip tie and I felt like it was a safe location. Thanks for coming up with an affordable option! So much easier than rolling luggage through the streets.”

“This was a great bag drop spot! Clean little dry cleaning shop, very easy in-and-out (I just had my cab driver stop and wait for me on way to Reagan)! Faster and easier than storing a bag at a hotel - I'd definitely Vertoe here again and would try this service in other cities.”

“Thank you Vertoe and Philly’s for the incredible service! I had 5 hours to spend in Chicago and I didn’t want to drag my luggage around, and was worried I would have to spend $40 with amtrak to store my luggage. Vertoe really came through for me and I’ll be sure to use them in the future should the need arise. Thank you!”

“The service was excellent. The guys running the gift shop were efficient and personable. The day before I used a luggage service that charged me $10/bag and would not honor its website claiming they would meet any price of a bag service. I was a little skeptical of your service, but will use it again in the future. The only complaint that I have is that I wish both of my bags were put in the back of the shop. I believe the guys running the shop kept a close eye on what was leaving the shop, but one never knows what might happen. Other than this, it was a great experience.”

“We used Vertoe after we found out that there are no longer any lockers at the bus terminals. After using it twice, both vendors were extremely accommodating and so so so nice. I will definitely be using these services again during my next visit to the city.”
