“The place where i left my bags didn't take any security measures, the girl on the front desk was so sleepy and didn't give us a tag, she put the bags right next to her desk and leave it there for the whole day! When we came back we just picked them and no one asked why, seriously anyone could have taken our bags and no one of the employees would have care. Seems the place is a communal co-living where people living there for long periods of time do some work in exchange of hosting, they are not professionals at all.”

“They hid the location of the storage place until you book and it turned out to be this run down looking “smoke shop”. It also said it was at the airport and turned out to be over a mile away without a way to walk to the airport. Waste of $6. Do not recommend using this service.”

“Easy to find location. Very helpful with our questions about what to do in the city and gave us some great suggestions when we returned they were friendly and asked our day was. All in all it was a pleasure. I would highly recommend the service”

“This was a so convenient and made my last day in Washington DC so enjoyable as I did not have to drag my suitcase around all day or go back to accommodation to pick it up before going to the airport from the Metro near my Bag Air B&B. Thank you for your service.”

“I didn't like it. They don't show the address before you book so it's easy to select a place that's too far afterwords. Find out afterwords also that a booking is only for 1 item. Didn't get email conformation as should be. Had to chat online with custom service to get the address just because i closed the browser tab.”
