“the truth is that we did not know this service, it has been great 100% safe and it makes us a great service keeping our bags until the time to leave. The price is very correct. We will certainly repeat”

“Good service - I wanted to cancel as the location was only revealed after purchase and it was not as close as I would have liked. The support team were great and re-arranged and sent over directions for the new location that was close (8 min walk) to the South station. I would recommend getting a cab (lyft/uber) to the place instead of walking as this was one of my regrets. The whole baggage process was good too - it was in the middle of China town and in a random shop but the guy at the shop was really nice and professional and helped me figure out where to go during that transit time in Boston. I think it would be better to be able to see all available locations when booking and have the option to select the preferred location.”

“I expected a safe and secure spot for my luggage, but was greeted with a jam-packed store and had to leave my belongings in a back room. It was a reasonable price, but I will never use this service again. I felt misled.”

“This is an excellent service, It really helped save one day of our trip to Washinton, since our residence would not hold our luggage after check out, and we had a late flight. The alternative would have been sitting in the airport with our bags instead of sightseeing and dining, ion a perfect Spring day. The storage location, a cleaners worked perfectly, and its staff was capable. It would have helped if your website or video showed examples of how it works. Not knowing this caused us to hesitate to use you. I don't recall the sign up form showing a closing time for the drop-off. It was 4:00 PM, and this might have been a problem if we hadn't asked. The clerk didnt offer a receipt . Just told us it was OK, and we took her word. It was not a problem, but some people might be put off by this. But I would not hesitate to use you again, and recommend you to others. There was no delivery involved.”

“I'll admit I thought this service was sketchy when we dropped off our bags, as their was no signage and the guys at the chinese restaurant acted like they didn't know what was going on (ha), but once we got that ironed out, it worked like a charm. Good service.”

“My Airbnb check out time was 11am and our flight out of NYC didn't leave until 8:30pm. Still had some sightseeing to but there are no storage lockers available at LaGuardia and we certainly did not want to carry our luggage around all day so while researching short-term luggage storage, I learned about Vertoe. There was a location near our lodging, it was inexpensive, and it was convenient to the train station. I made arrangements the day before, dropped the luggage off the day of, and upon returning, retrieved it with no issues. I would definitely recommend using this service.”

“The process was super easy but the place that stored my luggage for me didn’t follow the procedures that were laid out on the Vertoe website (tags, pictures etc). Regardless, they were kind and looked after my belongings just fine.”

“My storage place was very helpful and they took good care of my bags. However, the initial website booking was misleading, it told me a place was free 400 yards from my location but when I paid and confirmed, the location was 15 minutes walk away. This was disappointing.”

“This location was mostly fine. However, I have a few concerns. First, this building is not wheelchair accessible, and, if I remember correctly, you would not know that from the website. While I am not a wheelchair user myself, this is an important consideration, especially since this appears to be the only Vertoe location in this area. Secondly, there was some confusion when I was picking up the bags. When I dropped them off, I was told to take a picture of them. It was not clear that I should be taking a photo of the code on the Vertoe tags, not just the bags themselves. Thankfully the person who assisted me in the morning was also there in the afternoon when I picked them up and he remembered me. It would be wonderful if they specifically said, "Take a photo of the tags with the numbers visible, please." Finally, when I claimed my bags, the staff did not offer to cut off the tags, and they could not be removed by hand.”

“Perfect solution when you have a plane to catch in the evening and no hotel. We used the Irving Plaza point in New York. Booking on the internet was easy and the service at the shop was polite and helpful. Hassle free solution that allowed us to enjoy our last day of holidays. Highly recommended!”
