“The service is very useful. The location perfect for us. However the customer service is so-so and the storage of the luggage is not very secure. That being said, we would use the service again bec it is so convenient.”

“Store location was in a safe area and the store clerk was EXTREMELY helpful getting us on the correct bus/subway as we headed th Chinatown. Would definitely use this location again. Only a 10 minute Uber from LaGuardia Airport.”

“Bag drop of location and cafe staff owners were delightful and very helpful. Only downside was the location was originally promoted as being 2 blocks closer than it actually was - this meant we had to carry bags with kids further than we anticipated- Vertoe you need to fix this as it’s misleading”

“He didn’t know the procedure of securing the bags with the zip ties. Since we previously used your service at the shoe cobbler in Chicago we were able to tell him how to do it”
